Know the difference between a critic and a critique. A critic is BS. [music] A critique is actually a note that you can use to get better. And when it comes to failure, you have to learn to love the

taste of it. So, learn to just eat it, digest it, and move on as quickly as possible.

Performing is creative, and it's very metaphysical to get an audience reaction and [music] change the timing and the pacing. So, I mean, it's art. It's

creative at every single level. You even have to get creative with ticket sales sometimes because the creativity doesn't just stop after you've made the art. You then have to market it to people, and I do love making all the art for the specials and [music] the photo shoots, and of course, the pants are always a creative choice.

If your engineers at Adobe could build me any technology, it would be how to find customers and [music] market specifically to them even when they're not checking their email cuz the worst thing you can hear as a comic is someone

being like, "Oh my gosh, I'm a fan. I didn't know that you were in Philadelphia last night." So, a way to reach people even when they are unreachable. It's not my wish for society, but that would be great for my ticket sales.
