By accessing or using Showroom by Speechbox (“the Service”), operated by Danielle Dafni (“we” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply both to tenants (registered users who create Showrooms) and visitors (anyone browsing public Showroom content).
Showroom transforms a YouTube channel into a branded content hub. We do this by:
Showroom does not host or download YouTube videos. All videos are embedded directly from YouTube using YouTube's embed system. Playback occurs through YouTube's player.
Showroom currently offers a free tier and may offer paid tiers in the future. Payment terms, refund policies, and billing details for paid tiers will be presented at the point of subscription. Free-tier usage limits may change with notice.
To create a Showroom, you must:
You are responsible for the security of your Google account, all actions taken under your account, and ensuring you have the right to publish the YouTube content you include in your Showroom. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for over 12 months.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the YouTube videos in your channel, your brand assets (logos, fonts, colors), and any manual edits you make to AI-generated content.
Speechbox owns the Showroom platform, including all software, AI prompts, processing pipeline, visual design system, and aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.
AI-generated content (chapters, highlights, articles, social posts, translations) is created by AI based on your transcripts. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use this content for any purpose, including republishing outside Showroom. By uploading content, you grant Speechbox a non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and transform it solely to provide the Service.
When you make a Showroom public, you grant Speechbox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature that Showroom in Speechbox marketing materials, including but not limited to:
This license applies only to Showrooms you have explicitly marked public, and only while they remain public. Setting your Showroom to private, deleting it, or terminating your account automatically terminates this license.
You may opt out of marketing showcase at any time via Settings or by emailing contact@speechbox.ai. We will remove your Showroom from Speechbox marketing surfaces within 14 business days of opt-out (prior printed materials or external archives may persist).
This Section 6.1 supplements but does not replace the narrower license in Section 6 above.
Showroom uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate chapters, highlights, articles, social posts, and translations. AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations of what was actually said in the video. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. Speechbox makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.
Showroom embeds YouTube videos and displays metadata pulled via the YouTube Data API. We do not host videos.
If you are a YouTube channel owner whose content appears in a Showroom you did not create, you may request removal by emailing contact@speechbox.ai. We will remove the content within 7 business days. Your use of Showroom is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use Google OAuth for authentication, Google YouTube Data API for video metadata, AssemblyAI for transcription, Google Gemini for AI generation, Supabase for storage, and Vercel for hosting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speechbox's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. In no event will Speechbox be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speechbox from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of YouTube's or any third party's rights, content you publish via Showroom, or your AI-generated outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data is soft-deleted for 30 days and recoverable by request, then permanently purged.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
