SAP TechEd 2025 saw the unveiling of a groundbreaking feature in Joule Studio Agent Builder: "vibe coding," designed to democratize AI agent creation through intuitive natural language descriptions.

The demonstration highlighted how users can now effortlessly construct custom AI agents by simply articulating their desired functions. For instance, a new agent was built to automatically research customer Alteneova, leveraging financial data from Cloud ERP finance and credit ratings from external agencies. This low-code approach significantly reduces the technical barrier, allowing business users to quickly deploy sophisticated AI solutions.

Future of AI building!

A core aspect of this innovation is the intelligent suggestion system. Agent Builder not only proposes meaningful names and necessary tools but also recommends relevant data products from the Business Data Cloud. Furthermore, agents can be configured with system triggers, ensuring they run automatically in response to specific events within S4 HANA, such as new sales inquiries. The demo showcased the addition of a background check tool, integrating Perplexity with AI Foundation to query public web sources for a comprehensive prospect view.

Deep dive into data!

Once configured, the prospect research agent was instantly ready for deployment. The true power of the system was evident when a new sales inquiry triggered the agent, performing all configured checks immediately. The results were seamlessly delivered in real-time to a mobile device via SAP Build Work Zone and SAP Mobile Start, underscoring SAP's commitment to integrated, intelligent, and accessible enterprise solutions.
