San Francisco, CA – At TDX 2026, Salesforce unveiled its vision for the 'agentic enterprise,' a revolutionary paradigm where humans and AI agents collaborate across every workflow to deliver unparalleled customer experiences and productivity. The cornerstone of this future is Salesforce Headless 360, an open and composable platform designed to empower developers to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions with speed and trust.

The conference, celebrating its 10th anniversary, kicked off with a powerful address from Salesforce President and Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Stokes, who highlighted the rapid evolution of software development. He then welcomed back Sarah Franklin, the visionary behind the Trailblazer movement, who underscored the community's core belief in opportunity for all, especially with the advent of AI. This sentiment set the stage for the keynote's central theme: a future where AI agents augment human capabilities, not replace them.

Key Moment
Your new engineering team?

Joe Anzalone, Salesforce's new President of Enterprise AI, emphasized the profound shift from deterministic to probabilistic software development, calling the 'agentic revolution' the most impactful technological change of our lifetime. He introduced Headless 360 as the architecture enabling this transformation, comprising systems of context, work, agency, and engagement, all exposed via powerful, composable MCP (Model Context Protocol) APIs. Salesforce demonstrated how companies like Lumen, ADP, and PenFed are already leveraging Agent Force to achieve significant time savings and efficiency gains, even handling complex, regulated tasks. Salesforce itself is 'Customer Zero,' using agents internally for service cases and developer coding to innovate faster.

Agentic Revolution Unpacked

Key to Headless 360 is its commitment to an open ecosystem. Salesforce announced the Agent Exchange, a marketplace for agents and skills, backed by a $50 million fund to incentivize developers to build and monetize their creations. Demos showcased Agent for Vibe, enabling developers to build deterministic React applications on the Salesforce platform using AI agents, and Agent Force Labs, which allows agents to be provisioned and deployed in minutes. The Agent Force Experience Layer further demonstrated the ability to define an experience once and deploy it seamlessly across six different UI surfaces – from websites and mobile apps to Slack, Teams, and even consumer AI assistants like ChatGPT – dramatically reducing development time from months to weeks. The session concluded with inspiring stories from trailblazers Sarah from Engine and Sally from United Road Services, highlighting the real-world impact and community-driven learning essential to this new era of AI.

Key Moment
Monetize your AI agents!

This one that we're in right now, the agentic revolution, is by far the most impactful thing that I've ever seen in my entire life in computer science.
