responsibility is to reach all of our residents regardless of where they are and so the challenge before us in utilizing data and AI is to provide accessible and Equitable um Services wherever our residents are with the data bricks data intelligence platform we are

tracking our key Governor's goals around homelessness climate change poverty reduction as

examples geni is going to transform not just government it's going to transform our world the possibilities that it has not to replace humans but to enhance what we do which in government means we can serve our residents better because we have more effective and efficient processes and services which may be very manual today data literacy is important

to our staff and understanding how to take the data that we are collecting and analyzing it and applying that data to the policies and the programs and the outcomes that we are trying to achieve for our communities and our residents

with platforms like data bricks being able to quickly show uh dashboards or insights or analytics and the power of that That's essential for building a data driven culture what is it that our residents are telling us that they need and how do we use data to illustrate either how impactful a policy is or can be we can't be Reckless but we can't be

fearful about experimenting and being innovative
