Stop Losing Leads: AI Workflow to Boost Your Post-Event Pipeline!

At Seven Connect, pipeline doesn't come from collecting as many contacts as possible. It comes from remembering the right conversations and following up while the contacts is still warm. Here's an AI workflow that I would use in this example. Before the event, I would create one

simple AI workspace with my ideal buyer, the offer, and a basic follow-up tracker. Then, after every single

meaningful conversation, I would record a quick voice note. Who did I meet with? What did they care about? What problem came up that maybe I could solve? And what next steps make sense in this particular example. Now, here's the

thing to remember. AI won't build the relationship for you, okay? But, it can keep you from dropping the thread. And that is where pipeline actually starts.

That removes the messy middle, which is usually where pipeline dies. People come home with badges and with business cards, with selfies, and a lot of good intentions. But then, 2 weeks later, nobody remembers who said what. The more

advanced version of this workflow, obviously, can connect to Gmail sheets, Apollo CRM data, and registration activity. And all of that can include your uploaded notes, which uses also AI to triage replies, dedupe contacts, track responses, update trackers, and show cohort performance. But, for this

particular example, what you need is just a simple workflow, a simple system, so that people can remember what was discussed and then follow through with that information. This is the easiest
